- Using Gold Medal Famous Flossine, mix 1 heaped tablespoon to 10lb of granulated sugar.
- Pour the mix into the head of your Candy Floss Machine.
- Switch on your motor. Turn heat knob to almost high.
- After a few seconds the spinning head will begin throwing out lots of thin strands of Candy Floss. Turn your heat down and regulate the flow to suit yourself.
- Allow the floss to build up around the bowl until you have a “web”. This should take a couple of minutes maximum.
- Pick up some strands with our Gold Medal Candy Cones and start twirling.
You have now made delicious tasting Candy Floss
WHEN YOU HAVE FINISHED MAKING YOUR CANDY FLOSS, TURN THE HEAT OFF. LEAVE THE MOTOR RUNNING FOR 2-3 MINUTES WITHOUT THE HEAT. THIS IS TO CLEAR THE HEAD OF CANDY FLOSS AND PREVENTS CLOGGING.
